1. About NutriBuddy

NutriBuddy is a personal wellness companion that helps you track food, activity, hydration and weight, and offers general nutrition guidance. It is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician before making changes to your diet, exercise or medication, especially if you have a health condition or are pregnant.

2. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number. Keep your device secure — anyone with access can view your data. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (age, weight, conditions, allergies, etc.). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use NutriBuddy to harm yourself or others, to upload illegal content, to scrape or reverse-engineer the app, or to attempt to access another person's data. Don't rely on it to manage acute or emergency health issues.

4. AI-generated content

Calorie estimates, glycemic load, macro breakdowns and insights are generated by automated models and may be inaccurate. Treat them as approximate guidance, not exact measurements. Verify anything that matters to your health.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriBuddy is provided "as is" with no warranties. We're not liable for any loss, injury or damage resulting from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
